6This is a re-post of my entire let's play playthrough for Metro 2033 Redux, which I recorded back in 2014, this is Part 2 of 2. This is the culmination of each part, edited together into one video of my entire gameplay playthrough for this game that I did way back in 2014. I originally had this gameplay in parts, on this channel, and then later removed it and posted it on a different channel that doesn't exist anymore, so now in 2025 I am putting it back here on this channel, but instead of parting it out, I have decided to just upload the entire game playthrough, complete, but I did have to make it 2 videos, since it was so long and too big to upload, so this is Part 2 of 2.
Again, all of this is recorded from 2014, so 11 years ago, therefore the quality is not as good, it was recorded originally at 30fps and a lower resolution video as well. In this edit, I have upscaled it to 1440p 60fps in the editor, but it may look a bit funky doing so, so please be aware, and forgive both the visual quality of the video itself, as well as the audio recording quality at the time, this is very old, as is the game, which naturally was released in 2014.
Metro 2033 Redux is an updated version remake of Metro 2033 for the PC that was released in 2014, developed by 4A Games, and published by Deep Silver. This updated version includes improved graphics, weapons, characters, and content compared to the original release of Metro 2033. It actually has quite a bit of changes and updates, including some elements from Metro Last Light, and some pretty big graphics improvements.
Metro 2033 itself is a post-apocalyptic survival horror first-person shooter game based on the novel of the same name. This is the game that started the franchise and was originally launched in 2010. It's a shooter with a linear storyline, and a very captivating storyline at that, with some character weapon customization options, and you can play stealth or not, it has a lot of combat options and you get to really customize your loadout. It has mutated creatures, all the horror elements are there, and it is also a very graphically good-looking game set in a striking world environment. I always play with a laid-back, casual style, and a very immersive one, taking my time to loot everything, and taking in the storyline and world details and environment. I take my time, and that's just the way it is. I like to be thorough, and I am a completionist.
Greetings everyone, let's take it back to the original Metro: 2033 from 2010, but wait, is it? Yes and No. This is Metro: 2033 Redux, an updated, remastered, re-made, Metro: 2033 released in 2014. This is the original game running the newer Metro: Last Light game engine, with updated graphics quality, re-textured levels, entire new areas, new geometry, and updated AI and gameplay mechanics. Let's have some fun at the first game that spawned the sequel Metro: Last Light, but now completely updated for 2014.
Naturally, the game is being played on the PC with max graphics settings. BTW, you know how I play, storyline driven, loot grabbin, easy mode, relaxed, and not fast paced.
