Actions are plain javascript objects.
They must have a type indicating the type of action being performed.
In essence, actions are payloads of information that send data from your application to your store.
A reducer is simply a pure function that takes the previous state and an action, and returns the next state.
Actions and reducers are two core concepts in the Redux state management library. They work together to manage the application's state in a predictable and structured manner. Here's an overview of the differences between actions and reducers:
Action:
Purpose: An action is a plain JavaScript object that represents an event or intention in your application. It describes what happened, but it doesn't specify how the application's state changes.
Structure: An action typically has a type property that describes the type of action being performed. It can also include additional data or payloads in the form of other properties

Reducer:
Purpose: A reducer is a pure function that takes the current state and an action as arguments and returns a new state. It specifies how the state should change in response to different types of actions.
Structure: A reducer takes the current state and an action and produces a new state based on the type of action. It should not modify the existing state, but instead, create a new state object with the necessary changes.
Actions represent events or intentions that occurred in your application. They provide a clear, descriptive record of what happened.
Reducers are pure functions that specify how the application's state should change in response to different types of actions.
