Today I wanted to try something different - I'm reacting to my old "skinny" photos (trigger warning). This is a bit of a heavier topic, but one that I felt like I needed to talk about in regards to my body confidence / body acceptance journey and some of what I went through before I arrived at this place. I'm by no means 100% confident now, but even back when I had what some would consider a "goal body", I was miserable due to what I was putting myself through to "get" there. It would have never been enough. I hope you know that whatever current body you're sitting in right here and now deserves love and respect and is more than enough. I LOVE U SO MUCH
