The final stage of tour de France, Stage 21, is expected to end in Paris. It will take place on Sunday 18th July. Some roads are closed for car traffic, I wasn't sure whether it was because of French national day that had happened 3 days before or in anticipation of tour de France. There are seats reserved for people to watch the tour while seated and some posters, however there wasn't much setup on site yet. This is the vibe that was around Paris two days before the finale.
