Honestly didn’t think I’d make it to the gym today, had my 2nd jab yesterday and to say it fucked me up would be an understatement 😣😩
Migraine from hell, temperature through the roof and a baseball sized lump come up under my armpit. I only fully vaxed so I can go Egypt and Vegas next year, can barely move my left arm now so kinda regretting it 😩
Literally could only do legs today but hey something is nothing, I know many that would have blown gym out because of it and i didnt so I give myself credit for that 👏👏
