So stand up and say / The cartoon reboots need to stop! I mean come ON! When are people going to catch on that reboots usually mean what a sequel means, trash within a dumpster fire! Sometimes reboots can be good for TV shows, honestly most of them before 2010 were great like Ben 10 Alien Force or What’s New Scooby-Doo, and then Thundercats 2011 and the Looney Tunes Show were even better than the originals, but can we really call Velma or Teen Titans Go good for anything? A lot of the reboots aren’t entertaining anymore, like the creators forget who they are rebooting for or that newer generations are so brain dead that all they need is some bodily humor to get the like. News flash, Hollywood, we aren’t stupid! We see these reboots for what they truly are; terrible writing, subpar art style, and horrific design choices, frick me! We can’t even call these reboots, you know? It’s not like we are getting a continuation of the series, which is what a reboot means, no, it’s an overhaul, a new show with the same name slapped on the front and it’s insulting, yet we keep allowing them to do it by continually buying and watching this content. If we want new, intelligent, and creative shows we need to stop gorging ourselves on crap wrapped in nostalgia being pushed by sleazy panderers who don’t even pander correctly.
