Do you love deploying traps and tricks against enemy agents? Well then Carl Cafard is the henchmen for you. Recruit Carl Cafard to your team in Evil Genius 2 and you will have the greatest forger in the world working for you.

Side Story Requirements -- To recruit Carl Cafard you have to steal the declaration of independence through a loot quest first. Also note that his side story is mutually exclusive with Clara Jones, so you will have to pick one or the other if you want to recruit either of these henchmen

Review Verdict -- Weak in a fight and finicky abilities. You don't hire an art forger for his combat abilities so we're going to give Carl a pass on the low combat stats, but when we look at his abilities things start to fall apart. His hop scotch trap through "Cunning Trap" is lethal... when it works which is almost never. The fake loot created through "Imperfect Replica" seems to have a negligible impact as well. Taken all together and I'm still looking for a real henchmen in this phony.
