Since the loss of our Nuclear weapons at the start of the war, we have desperately needed an advantage to turn back the tide. That advantage has arrived: the Weather Control device. It is located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, the Cuban navy siged the research site and captured the device before we could properly test it. The area is heavily defended, so we will need to make a stealthy approach before taking back the device and using it on those Soviet scum.

Objective 1: Capture the Weather Control Device.
Objective 2: Destroy all Soviet forces.
Objective 3: Tanya must survive.
