Flak Troopers are units available to all the Soviet factions for a price of 300 resources.

They mostly server an anti-air role but they can also be used to kill infantry quite fast especially with their splash damage. However, they have a short range and quite low health so surviving in any battle is quite hard for them.

Basically, they are like a weaker version of Flak Tracks and therefore not used much.
