Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge - Testing V3 Rocket Launchers
888V3 rocket launchers are the siege vehicles available to all the soviet factions for 800 resources.
As a siege unit it's main objective is to destroy structures thus there wasn't much material to cover so the video may seem a bit insufficient.
Generally, the V3 deals a reasonable amount of damage but there are so many factors that make it quite a bad unit overall.
• It's slow moving.
• It's very fragile.
• It can not defend itself against anything.
• It attacks very slow.
• It's projectiles can easily be countered by AA defenses
• It's quite expensive for what it can do.
Most times you will need plenty V3 launchers in order to penetrate a base. The only good thing is that V3 have a very long range which can even out-range Grand Cannons.
