This is the Rivers Runs Dry map which is a part of Red Alert 3 Map Pack.

I use Allies, the Allies has the best "Century Bomber" as their main airforce, but you must use it very wisely, and avoid to be trapped into money blackhole, because the Century Bomber needs 2000 credits to build, so don't let them die very easily.
