Click expand for strategy comments. Gold objective timings:
1. Complete the mission without taking any health items
2. Crack the safe without making any mistakes
3. Complete the mission using only sidearms
4. Get 25 headshots

Strategy and tips:
Arguably, the point where it all goes wrong for Dutch van der Linde, but for a long mission, it's actually quite an easy gold. First, stick to pistols or revolvers, resist the temptation to use a rifle, repeater, or shotgun, etc as you'll instantly fail - but it's all close-quarter action so this shouldn't present a problem. Take as long as you like cracking the safe, and move the dial slowly, stopping instantly when it clicks. Then the only real challenge you have is 25 headshots - if it's on the main replay, then having a stock of Dead Eye items will obviously help. There's another thing you can do to make it easier. In the video Dutch will call you over - if you go to him, you'll blow a hole in the wall with dynamite to escape. I ignore him until, the Pinkertons keep spawning, which gives more opportunity to get additional headshots whilst you effectively delay your escape.
