1. Complete the mission without taking any health items
2. Rob all the customers in the trolley station
3. Kill 10 lawmen while on the trolley
4. Prevent any lawmen from jumping on the back of the wagon

Strategy and tips:
These objectives come nicely in sequence, the one you are most likely to fail is the requirement to kill 10 lawmen on the trolley as you'll quickly pass by them. Whilst accuracy and headshots aren't necessary per se, in practice you'll want to rack them up on this section, so use Dead Eye liberally here. You then have a long combat section with no associated objectives before you reach the wagon, use this to replenish your Dead Eye if you aren't carrying spare tonics. Shooting the dynamite Lenny throws is a case of being ready and timing - but aiming straight ahead and waiting for the right moment to pull the trigger should work best, as it should cross the center of your screen.
