Short video & to the point. You must first sketch the Buffalo Painting near WINDOW ROCK. After, head to this location & press the button in front of the Statues: order is based on how many fingers each statue has, so 2, 3, 5 & 7 (the one-arm statue is 7 and *always* last).

This is all from the Official Strategy Guide & Is said to be "one of the hardest activities to find in Red Dead Redemption 2 -- let alone solve."
