I originally found this in Thieves Landing when I tried to find a way to access the upper floor of the bar, so I broke a window and jumped in, except the floor was unloaded and I couldnt get up, but I could crouch and get under some collision that will either push you OoB into water and die or you could jump back in bounds. Hard to explain in text, enjoy experimenting. (I also clipped in a building that was closed at the hour I tried entering, everything was unloaded aside from the collision and I was able to open the doors from the inside ironically, but the building remained unloaded until the correct time it was supposed to open.) -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/evolvingfetus1
