Red Ocean speedrun any% tutorial covering level 1 and settings.

Notes:
- About aim, it is used to do 'charge shoots' with the plasma gun so it is important to have.
- If you do the 'immortality glitch' without picking up any other weapon, you will spawn in level 2 with the underwater harpoon weapon instead. This loses a few seconds but can be a fun thing if you don't care about 3 seconds or so.
- Also there is some more oob ways that I did not cover because they are slight slower and harder.
- About the losing air control, if you stop holding any direction while in the air you lose all air control. Also shooting the plasma weapon in the air do the same.
