Edit: According to the comments this is a Red Shouldered Hawk and the Mockingbird was being territorial. I still think it is a bad idea. The Hawk might not want to eat it but everyone has a limit before they snap I think haha

This is a perfect resemblance of myself attempting to eat my food, while my girlfriend who was not hungry suddenly is.

Anyway this is either a blue shouldered hawk or a blue tailed hawk. Could be neither honestly, I am not a bird watcher. I saw it looking in the grass for something and after a few seconds it was up on the tree eating a small snake.

That little bird was being a proper knobhead trying to steal the snake from the hawk. How are you going to be a tinny bird and try to square up with a big ass hawk that can easily replace that snake with you? Idk man nature can be weird but I digress.
