Their town has been attacked by unknown bandits. Good thing is that the Red Warrior will help them escape. What you must do in this physics and puzzle game is to control your block or cube character and locate the cage. Smash your head right through it to complete the level. As you get to the higher levels, you will face the bandits and you must carefully avoid them. The flags will help you activate the checkpoint. Your character can also use a unique skill where the location is mirrored, giving you the advantage on moving into closed or sealed areas.

Overview

Red Warrior is a fun and challenging platform based puzzle game where you need to control a character to save the villagers from their captors. The story goes that the evil ninjas suddenly attacked the village and captured everyone and put them in cages. It is now up to you to traverse the levels and save your fellow villagers from captivity, it will not be easy as the levels are very dangerous...even for ninjas, there are a lot of obstacles, like walls, gaps and many more that you need to overcome, not to mention those nasty ninjas that you need to evade at all cost. No worries though as our cute little hero is quite capable, he can run...or shall I say roll?, jump and even climb walls that extends all the way up, be careful though as the ninja is not invulnerable, he can die too, and if that happens, you'll have to restart the level all over again. The game also features some collectible items scattered throughout the levels for you to collect, like those stars that will give a high rating at the end if you were able to collect them all, and those gems too that will award you with more points, it's going to be a lot of fun saving those villagers indeed. so come on and join the fun, save the villagers and collect those stars and gems here in Red Warrior.

Graphics and Sound

The game graphics are very simple which is quite common in browser games. It also has cute graphic designs from the main character to the enemies in the game. The ninjas may look cubic but they still looked really cute and quite cuddly. The environments in the game also looked nice, the different levels feature varying platform designs with some very beautiful backdrops. The colors are great by the way, foregrounds are bright and quite vivid while the backdrops are rather dark giving you a very nice contrast. Movements and animations are also quite smooth, character movements are very responsive and the moving parts are quite fluid with their simple animations. Music is great, it is cool to the ears and has this oriental tune to it while sounds are also nice, very simple really but still nice. The special effects on the other hand is very simple as expected from a browser game, there's nothing gorgeous here really. Overall, the graphics may be simple but the designs are really cute and colorful making it quite pretty and attractive.

Gameplay

You'll be controlling a cute ninja in the game, a cube ninja to be precise, you need to traverse the multiple levels presented in the game to save the villagers, you'll encounter a lot of obstacles and enemies all throughout, the levels are also mirrored by the way and if you find your character stuck behind a wall and nowhere to go, all you need to do is to activate the mirror image of that level and continue on with your quest. Control is fun and easy to use by the way, you control the character with the arrow or WASD keys and X or Z to activate and deactivate the mirror world.

Features

Red Warrior features some very simple but really cute and colorful graphic designs, there are a variety of obstacles for you to overcome and a lot of enemies to evade. It also has very simple controls for maximum fun.

Conclusion

Very nice game indeed and quite challenging too, good thing there are checkpoints installed in the game, otherwise it could have been very tiring to play.
