Redcore Linux Hardened 2301 (Sirius)
14In This Video We Are Looking At Aiming to bring the power of Gentoo Linux to the masses, the 2301 version of the Gentoo -based GNU/Linux distribution Redcore Linux , codenamed "Sirius", was announced by the Redcore Linux project. The ISO images of the release have taken their place in the mirrors for download. It is stated that we are happy to announce Redcore Linux 2301 codenamed “Sirius” , while ISO images of Redcore Linux 2301 are ready for download in the mirrors. System resynced with 6.1.12 LTS Linux test tree; KDE Plasma 5.27.1 desktop environment with KDE Frameworks 5.103.0 and KDE Gear 22.12.2available with. While it is stated that this cycle is mostly about fixing bugs, it is stated that the package manager Sisyphus has greatly benefited from the feedback sent. The new version, which also added minor features such as color output support, has been resynchronized with the test tree of Gentoo Linux as of 23.02.2023. In the meantime, it is stated that who need a "light" desktop like LXQT can find LXQT 1.2.0 version in the repositories.

Redcore Linux Hardened 2301 (codename Sirius) stable ISO. This cycle was mostly about fixing bugs. Since our previous release in October, many of you have flocked to our bug tracker and reported many issues, which I appreciate. Sisyphus, our package manager, saw a massive benefit, and it is now more reliable than ever. We also added minor features, such as coloured output support.
