Unfortunately, there is no "post game" in Redfall. Beating the final boss immediately puts you in new game+ where things seem to be exactly the same. However, I figured some people would want to see the highest difficulty tier, and get a feel for what to expect, so I included two videos of Vampire Nests.

The first is on the highest difficulty, eclipse, and includes my post game character. In the next part you can see what it's like on normal. While other's might examine it and find more, the only real difference I noticed was damage. It takes about four hits to kill me on normal, whereas on the highest setting it was two. It's a big difference that really isn't worth it unless you live for the challenge.
