12You sit cross-legged on the damp ground, the misty fog enveloping you. The night sky is clear and starry, and you can hear the gentle gurgling of the nearby swamp.
You close your eyes, and you focus on your breath. You feel the rise and fall of your chest, the in and out of your breath. You let go of your thoughts, of your worries and your fears.
You are Yoda, and you are one with the Force. You are a master of the ancient art of Jedi meditation, and you have spent your entire life honing your skills and abilities.
You reach out with your mind, and you feel the energy of the universe flowing through you. You sense the presence of the other Jedi, past and present, and you feel a sense of connection and unity.
You open your mind and your heart, and you invite the Force to guide and protect you. You ask for wisdom and guidance, and you ask for the strength to face whatever challenges may come your way.
You continue to meditate, to let go of the world and to embrace the peace and the stillness. You feel the tension and the stress melt away, and you feel a sense of inner calm and serenity.
You open your eyes, and you stand. You feel refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face whatever challenges may come your way. You are Yoda, and you are a master of the Force. And you know that, with the guidance of the Force, you will be able to overcome any obstacle and achieve any goal.
