Rollercoaster of changes as Blizzard decides what exactly they want to do with Shards of Domination:
First they get nerfed massively, heavily reducing their power.
Then ther's a change of heart, nerfs are reverted, with plans to changed them still somehow.
THEN the final decision, Buffs! The two currently weaker Shards of Domination Powers, Frost and Blood, are getting significant buffs, to the point they should now be comparable to the so far uncontested Unholy Shards bonus, Chaos Bane.
