Reloaded, Part #4 - Rage 2 (A.K.A. Very Modern Video Game)
2Several years after I rage-quit Rage 2 because the last mission glitched out on me, it's still not possible to finish this supremely underwhelming open world shooter (which would be entirely forgettable...where it not for the annoying fact that the campaign can't be completed from my save point).
I hear it's possible to load a much earlier save and "fix" the issue that way, but who honestly wants to replay substantial parts of a game like Rage 2?
Hilariously enough, loading my old save for the first time in years - after having swapped launcher from the retiring Bethesda app to Steam - makes the game spend 4 minutes on announcing all the free skins I've apparently acquired since the last session, as well as repeating Mission Complete messages for what appears to be every quest ever. Modern Video Games, amirite?
