Usually, I send the best team to 1 stage, get the 40k Level Reward, reset and send the team to another stage.
Do this for all 3 stages to get the 40k Level Reward.
After getting the Highest reward from all 3 stages, reset the stages and make 3 teams to get the best Point Reward that I can.
But from past experience (some stages are repeat) and stronger Sinners, I managed to get 40k on all 3 stages in one go.
Took many retries, video only show the final attempt that got the highest points.

General idea is kill the fodders as much as possible while also kill or deal as much damage as possible to the High HP Boss.
Next fodder waves only come after completely killing current fodder waves, it's not time based. Faster kills mean more waves.

Discrepant Scar α:
Pacassi Ultimate in front of the enemy spawn point whenever possible.
Serpent and Pacassi need to break Adjuster Elite.
Pacassi focus on fodders. Serpent alternate between folders and Boss.
EMP focus on Boss, use Ultimate to snipe Elite that got pass Serpent / Pacassi.

Border Displacement α:
Wendy focus on fodders.
Labyrinth use Ultimate to take out Adjuster Elite.
Kill Rust Mutant ASAP, use Eirene's or Labyrinth's Ultimate.
Can use Eirene's Ultimate to kill fodder if needed.

Wonderland Revisit α:
Put everyone inside Timerobot Duck's 3x3 square, except for Macchiato.
Try to have NOX in Ultimate mode as much as possible, NOX deals with fodders, use Empower on her as much as possible.
Everyone else that can break Core, save Ultimate for when Timerobot Duck's Core out.
This was really really tight on time.
