Remote Control Dandy (PS1) - Part 1
Developed and published by Human Entertainment, "Remote Control Dandy" would turn out to be one of their last games before Human went under. The team that worked on this would go on to form a new company Sandlot. While known best for their Earth Defense Force games, their first game as Sandlot was a psuedo sequel to this title, known as Gigantic Drive in Japan and Robot Alchemic Drive (RAD) in the US.
But before all that we have this amazing little game. You are in control of a giant robot but as the title suggests, you're not in the cockpit and instead you control it remotely. That means you got to move yourself around to stay in range, get better vantage points, and to not get stomped. The robot is jet powered and has some snazzy moves including rocket punches. Be wary of collateral damage however cause that's coming out of your paycheck.
