This presumably works if you get move 00 and other hidden moves below it via another method as well, but I haven't tested that at present.

Steps:
0. Trade any Pokémon or glitch Pokémon with move 00 as the top move, but technically with more than one other move (Ditto CoolTrainer from the move swap glitch counts as well). You can trade glitch Pokémon up to Generation II into Generation II Pokémon (even glitch species if you make the types match the equivalent, which I still need to finish making in terms of the guide) which know it as well.

1. View move 00 from the "move" option on a summary, then switch to another Pokémon with more than four moves.
2. Scroll down
3. Switch back to the Pokémon with move 00, you'll now be able to swap the moves.
