Ramón Arroyo was (and is) a normal person, married, one children, working for a multinational company when he was suddenly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. During this talk, he shared with us his breathtaking experience from the diagnosis to the point where he decided to start to run until he accomplished to finish an Ironman, and also several Marathons. He explained us all of this while giving us a motivational and overcoming session, led by his motto "giving up is not an option."

He has also been the inspiration of the recently launched spanish movie, "Cien metros."
