Another level that briefly held the record for the longest completion time. I was able to reduce my time on this level by 34 seconds, the main difference being the way I keep the spirit in the lower-left area confined so that it enters its cage very soon after I release it. (This left Arctic 7 as the only level I had not yet completed in under four minutes, but I subsequently improved my time on that level as well.)

To get the timing right on the last spirit, stand under it as shown, and start moving at the moment it bounces off the top-left square of its enclosure.

Incidentally, a safer but slower method of dealing with the last monster on this level is to run and push the boulder down immediately. This should lead to a position where the monster is holding the boulder up. Then return to the far left, and when you move below the monster, it will move down, dropping the boulder onto itself.
