This video shows the four skips that I found in this game using the lag-based exploit. The clips here are taken from my Republique glitch finding stream, so there's some stray audio commentary too. See part 1 for more info about the exploit and how it can be started.

---

0:00 - Skipping the final third of Episode 1. Near the end of the Episode you find a guard station full of guards and the game forces you to do a detour to a power station. Using the lag-based exploit you can bypass the cutscene trigger and skip this detour.

0:38 - After doing this skip, you can walk ahead to hit the trigger which starts the series of cutscenes which finish Episode 1. However, more time save is possible if you do another skip. Running through this second trigger as well and then using the door at the end of the room gives you the first cutscene of Episode 2 for some reason. Afterwards you are not inside the holding cell. Not having to escape from the holding cell is another 1+ minute time save.

1:58 - Skipping a 3-minute cutscene in Headmaster's Office in Episode 2. Simply use the lag-based exploit to skip the cutscene trigger at the door, then find the fingerprint from the computer and get out. Note that you have to skip the cutscene trigger a second time when leaving the area.

2:46 - Skipping another 3-minute cutscene at Librarian's office in Episode 2. Same idea: get past the cutscene trigger using the lag-based exploit.

3:06 - As a side effect of having done this, there's no body on the 2nd floor, just a puddle of blood. But it appears if you visit the study and then come out again.

3:50 - Again, the cutscene trigger has to be skipped a 2nd time upon leaving.

(Overall, these four skips might save around 12 minutes in a speedrun? But since the set-up for the lag-based exploit takes around 10 minutes, starting it is only barely worth it in a speedrun according to the current knowledge. However, I only looked through Episode 1 and 2, so there might still be more skips to find in this game.)
