Repulsion Field Atmosphere (KSP2)
When a planet is rotating at ludicrous speeds, its atmosphere goes at the same speed. When your craft enters an atmosphere, drag makes the craft's speed get as close to the atmosphere's speed as possible. Since in this case, the atmosphere is moving at solar escape velocity, and is essentially glued to Eve, when I enter into the atmosphere drag "decelerates" the craft to the atmosphere's velocity, resulting in reaching solar escape. This is why the atmosphere "repulses" the craft. Also, the G-forces mean that you can only really do this with one-part crafts, since any more will result in structural linkage failures and destroy the craft.
