i just use it for show you how looks resident evil 1.5, and to point you where you can find the famous re 1.5 beta! and their fan remake too!. ;)

i just want to show an abandonware beta of the older re2 project, called resident evil 1.5 from the year 1998.
what is resident evil 1.5?:

is the unfinished beta proyect of the game re 2. that after have one 80% done, capcom reyected for create the final re2 we all know...
this very very! curious game, have many things changed from re2. thats because it was called re1.5.
re 1.5 story is different from re2, and his conclusion was supposed to be more definitive. not as open like on re2. (for can do more sequels!).
apart, many characters that dies on the re2, like kendo (gun shop man) or marvin branagh (black police man) dont die at begin of the game.
so the game is very different, starting from his graphics, more close to re1 than to re2.
also, there was one main character changed... elza walker, that becomes claire redfield on the final re2 game.
re 1.5 and the stupid elitism:

during more than 10 years, people really wanted to see and try, how could be that fabulous re1.5 beta/demo.
however, many fuck stupid asholes collectors, keep these different betas of the game for themselves only... :(
avoiding share it with the community and the rest of re fans. as it should be...
but finally, after years and years of waiting... some heroes could find the beta and release it to the public.
so now is possible to have t, play it, :) and record videos of the game.
obviously, with much more quality than those older images and videos that we have from these times.
remake:

apart, since some hackers noticed that re2 beta...
(an easy to find re2 beta, that is more close to the final re2 game) ...and re2 demo (a demo from metal gear solid game) contains inside things from re1.5, these hackers learned how extract from thse games the re1.5 scenarios and many things.
and finally, nowadays they already starting to remake the re 1.5 beta!.
for try to correct their glitches and uncompleted puzzles, and also for add to it those things that we know exist because of older videos and screenshots.
triyng to make a more complete and fully playable version of re 1.5.
however, is important not forget that there are more differents re 1.5 betas...
so maybe with the pass of the time, we can put our hands into other differents versions...
with more game completed inside, or with different things changed from this beta released.
