Really excited to make it to classic Resident Evil 2. I'm blown away on how this game improved upon the first entry in almost every aspect in just 2 years, especially if you know the development backstory. The scale is much bigger with 2 discs and multiple story routes for both Claire and Leon. Capcom nailed the music and atmosphere despite the game no longer taking place in a creepy mansion. The story is also much better which gave a lot of room to expand the series. The idea to have a police station located over a renovated museum was genius. It really enhanced the gameplay, setting and puzzles. This time we check out nightmare mode which is exclusive to the Dreamcast and PC versions. I didn't think it would make it that much harder but you'll laugh on how much I get destroyed.
