Resident Evil 4 (2005, HD Project) Title Screen & Intro
3This was a much longer time coming than I'm already letting on now. I've only played the original Resident Evil 1 & 2, but the hype and praise of this game's 2023 remake has given me an itchy, tasty push to finally dive back into this franchise.
Before I do anything with RE4's remake, I want to play the original. It has gone through so many countless ports that I didn't except it would get a full-on remake. Either way, I eventually want to cover 1-3's original versions and remakes, as well.

Here's the base story of Resident Evil 4...
Leon S. Kennedy, former cop and one of the heroes of Resident Evil 2, had gone through serious training after the catastrophic incident at Raccoon City that had forced the U.S. Government to nuke the entire city away to prevent the city's spread of a virus that caused the dead to become zombies.
Leon was roped into taking on a dire mission straight from the President, himself: Head to a rural village in Europe (definitely not somewhere in Spain), to save the President's precious, mousy daughter: Ashley Graham.
However, this will be easier said than done, as the village is cursed with a plague of its own that causes its people to become more dangerous and smarter threats than the zombies ever were, and an old sorcerer is looking to be the source of this cause.
At the same time, Ada Wong, under the loyalty of Albert Wesker, was sent into the village to find a simple of this plague that has mutated this villagers, and then bring it back to him in order to fulfill his own evil plans with it.

Another M-rated game on my channel (and on a spectrum of "Sex" and "Violence", leans heavily towards Violence). Hope you like seeing me pop a lot of not-zombie heads!
