Celeste: Chapter 8's B-Side Course (Red Heart)
4This B-Side course is a bit more special than the other ones.
Why? Because the first thing you need to get done before you can even access it is to collect all previous Blue and Red Crystal Hearts from all of the other previous A-Side and B-Side courses, including Chapter 8's own A-Side. Once that's done, you should have the 15 Hearts you need to unlock the blue gate here.

Chapter 8's B-Side is HARD, okay? Harder than most other B-Sides. I guess it has to be since it's the final B-Side stage in the game.
Your dashes are still limited here like it was on the A-Side, and you must expect yourself constantly switch the cave between Hot and Cold as you take Madeline through nonstop halls of helpful and hurtful objects.
Not only does Chapter 8's B-Side bring back the rising/falling lava & ice, it even brings back the quiet, peaceful section at the very end... and make it much less peaceful by covering the vertical wraparounds with spikes, meaning you can only go through certain openings that they have before you can reach the final Red Crystal Heart: "Say goodbye".

In other words, like I said above, you can't beat Chapter 8's B-Side until you've gotten every previous Heart before it. Once you've done that...
You'll unlock the C-SIDES! These are for Chapters 1-8, and THEY'RE EVEN HARDER THAN THE B-SIDES! Their biggest mercy, however, is that they only have 2 or 3 rooms for you to traverse to reach their Yellow Crystal Hearts... even if those rooms require the absolute best of your skill to get through them in one piece.
You'll also unlock Golden Strawberries to collect in every Chapter, but I won't be doing this, for now. To win a Golden Strawberries, you have to pick it up at the beginning of the Chapter and then bring it to the very end WITHOUT A SINGLE DEATH. If you die at any point with a Golden Strawberry in tow, you'll have to start the whole Chapter over from the very beginning and try again.
I'm just gonna go ahead and go for the C-Sides at this point, because even beating THOSE sound and ARE easier to do in comparison. Then once I'm done with those, I'll take on this game's FINAL finale that is Chapter 9!
