*To get the tmp play through normal and encounter the first gando in the basement. Once you head up discard everything in your inventory. Make your way to the village and head straight to the left side of the building that has the door with the insignia. There should be a well with a ladder to climb down. In there is a chest with the tmp and submachine ammo first aid spray and a small knife.*
Once you pick up the TMP you will always have it in your inventory even when starting a new game on standard and mad chainsaw mode.
