You can go down the secret area where the TMP is located in this mode too, Just make sure you discard ALL your weapons/items before getting to the farm area.
This is how to active 'Mad Chainsaw mode' permanently!
'Hightlight' the MAIN STORY on the main menu then you input code with the controller you are using.
[UPDATE] [PC] : Hold Left Shift + Spacebar, then type: "W A S D R I E F"
(Apparently holding those two buttons while typing this)
PS5 Controller : Hold R1 + L1 + DPAD UP-LEFT-DOWN-RIGHT then Square - Triangle - Circle
then X button twice
XB0X Controller : Hold LB1 + RB1 + DPAD UP-LEFT-DOWN-RIGHT then X-Y-B-AA (This works on PC)
Another way to get this mode is to just quit in and out the game and start a 'new game' till it activates mad chainsaw mode.
