(1) First challenge, push the column to the right to align it with the dead zombie from above. This will cause the trap door to remain open once the lock is shot as the zombie falls down on the switch.
(2) After Ada drops down from the trap door to retrieve the Simmons family crest B, push the two dead zombies on electric chairs into the live current. The third zombie in this room must be killed and fall onto the exposed wires, causing the electrical current to restore power to open the door.
(3)When you come to the room with 3 walking zombies, break out Ada's crossbow. As you must pin the three against the wall before jumping across to grab the Simmons family ring. Otherwise the floor will collapse from the added weight.
