Resident Evil: Code Veronica - Trial Version (DreamOn Vol. 10 - Dreamcast)
3This is the demo version that was released from the demo disc "DreamOn",
bundled in the official Dreamcast magazine. The game takes place on a prison
island where Claire must find a way to exit the base. It is similar to the final release.
Several video files shows another two cutscenes not seen in this demo,
which were later used in the mansion that was not accessible here. Strangely,
there's a load game function in this demo when there are no ink ribbons to
save the game whilst the game never mentions that the player cannot save in
this version unlike their previous games. The demo restarts after Claire
enters the entrance door to the bridge.
This demo was released in the United Kingdom, so this video was rendered at
720p 50hz.
All cutscenes were replaced with raw files from the disc. Gameplay was done
on nullDC, a Dreamcast emulator and was recorded with Fraps. This video was
edited and finalized with Sony Vegas Pro 10.
