23Resident Evil: Revelations is an action horror game developed by Capcom. Originally released in 2012 for Nintendo 3DS, the game was later adapted for other platforms, such as PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC and mobile devices.
The story of Resident Evil: Revelations takes place between the events of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5. The game follows Jill Valentine, an agent of the anti-terrorist organization BSAA, and her partner Parker Luciani, who are sent to investigate the abandoned cruise ship called "Queen Zenobia". Aboard the ship, they discover a dire biological threat, facing a mysterious new organization called "Il Veltro".
The gameplay of Resident Evil: Revelations combines elements of action and survival. Players explore claustrophobic environments, solve puzzles and fight creatures infected by the T-Abyss virus. The game also introduces the "Genesis Scanner", which allows players to collect data and find hidden items.
