Resizable BAR ON vs OFF - Performance Gain on 4GB GPU? (AMD SAM)

Reason why the FPS Gain isn't much, RX 6400 has only 4GB VRAM and runs on a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface, limiting bandwidth. SAM benefits are minimal as the GPU isn’t bottlenecked by VRAM access. Most games don’t need SAM at this level, and performance remains the same due to GPU limitations rather than memory access speed.
If you have a GPU which can take full advantage of PCle 4.0, you can get way better FPS.
