1. Start administrative Command Prompt, execute these commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

2. Press Windows Key + R then put sysdm.cpl in Run dialog box. Click OK.
3. When System Properties window pops up, go to Remote tab. Under Remote Desktop, click on Select Users to open Remote Desktop Users window.
4. After that, click on Add to open Select Users window. Click Advanced.
5. Click Advanced.
6. Next on next screen, you have to click on Find Now. Here, you will see search results, choose the users who’re getting this problem. Click OK.

You can now retry to connect to the remote computer and it should work as expected in this time.
