Retro Gaming Capture Test 37 Part 1 | PC Engine Core Grafx Mini
More testing of gaming rigs I am building, where I would like each device to be played very quickly without any wiring and also to be able to capture footage where possible with just a few switches turned on. The point of these videos is to see how this type of set up can be done with different devices and maybe help anyone else trying to do a similar thing with a mix of old and new hardware.
Not picked up any original hardware like this yet, but I did take a look at this Mini version a while ago. Now that it has dropped in price a little, I thought it was time to get a device to add to my collection. Easy to hook up to one of my HDMI splitters and the Elgato capture device with the HDMI output and there seems to be no problem with the capture, also after a brief test with one game there does not seem to be too much lag for the average gamer, will test more later. First for the test video a quick look through all the games built into the unit.
