Another great release from Repro Factory for the MSX arrived in the mail. A really good version of the arcade game Gyruss was made by Parker Brothers for the Colecovision, but a version was not released for the MSX. With the new MSX cartridge that adds the Colecovision sound chip it makes porting of Coleco games across to the MSX an easier task.
This version uses the sound effects from the Colecovision version, but music using the MSX sound chip and with enhancements to the graphics. Also from my game play it also shows that it gains quite a bit of speed as well.
