Oh Windsong, you were so cool since your appearance in the 1.8 trailer, and you made my mission to prepare for Lucy more difficult. Vila was also fairly tough to when it came to this, but I avoided temptation with her as I already had a very invested Tooth Fairy and Yenisei! Windsong however, well damage was already covered with someone like Jiu Niangzi, but alongside being so cool, so strong, so intriguing, aaaaaaaaaa Windsong what a predicament!

But yeah, the beloved, diligent and somewhat laid back (in personality) Windsong just made a case way too strong for me to ignore. I'll let my Summoning do the talking, but will I still be prepared for Lucy and the monumental 1.9 update? We'll see!

But yeah, Windsong seems to have a funny kit because she has an attack incantation (Practicability) that hits 2 enemies and grants her Precast incantations, and a single targeting incantation (Rehabilitation) that is the typical powerhouse one on an enemy...until we get to her Ultimate (Long Long Journey), because if you play your cards right, oh my god the damage potential by having multiple incantations set up, even when not selecting them is just insane, like a single enemy will get absolutely destroyed by her with the constant Rehabilitation incantations aaaaaaaa.


Since the recording of this video, I did manage to try Windsong out a bit, and I am wondering if she could be even better if she was alongside Vila, but with an invested Tooth Fairy, I'm not too worried about missing out on her, plus she isn't limited like Jiu Niangzi so I know Vila's time to arrive will come one day, however long it may take (2.1 onwards iirc)!

Anyways, it's going to be a lot of fun to put out some videos that include Windsong! There was a phrase she mentioned about trying to bite the carrot that she used in the Farewell Rayashki Story, and that's how it feels when it came to Windsong winning me over, and the voice acting was so captivating!
