The STRONGEST unit of all time...NOT!

Should have gotten this video out earlier, but oh well. That said, better late than never, despite her now announcement in Global. At least there you could potentially get her for 60GC, but more about her below!

A7 Cirno, well well well. Let's go over the elephant in the room, being the Last Word WITH NO KILLERS. C3 Shion flashback moment. Anyways, yeah that is extremely unfortunate as no Killer on Line 1 in 2024 is rough. A dip in damage potential, and it's worse when you see her Killers are actually not bad, including Beast Youkai, Youkai, Winter, Spring, Shikigami, Doll, Poltergeist, Fairy, Ghost, Half-Human Half-Phantom, Phantom, Soul, Shrine Maiden, Magician and Maid. Why did this have to happen? And this isn't even covering the mix of Sharp and Laser...how unfortunate yet again. At least there is a Water + Laser card, but it's still a mess. At least her Water breaking is strong, which means with stuff like +30% Effective Damage, actually solid Killers on some lines and some decent self-sufficiency like with Yin ATK, Accuracy, CRIT ATK, Agility and Spirit Power, A7 Cirno had what it takes to be a solid attacker (like her role suggests) but nope. At least it happening to Cirno is somewhat funny and ironic.

Since Water was mentioned, A7 Cirno has a lot of Water...and very little Moon. If enemies aren't weak to Water, there will be some difficulties in damage. Freeze anomaly inflictions on enemies are achieved via Skill 1 (1 enemy), SC1 Pre-ATK (AoE), and a few bullet lines. Breaks are achieved via SC1 and LW (both AoE, 3P) so yeah, not the STRONGEST breaker overall, even despite the 6/6 Water SC2, but oh well.

Other stuff to mention are self-inflicted Freeze anomalies grant A7 Cirno Agility/Accuracy/Evasion buffs. Self-inflicted Freeze anomalies are achieved by Skill 1...and 2 other bullet lines across SC2 and LW. Other stuff to note include Slice Scaling (LW has 120% on Lines 1 and 2, 80% on Line 5 and 160% on Line 6. Actually not bad for a FES, but again, NO KILLERS ON LINE 1! Oh well, at least A7 Cirno also helps with supporting the team with Accuracy (Skill 2), Yin ATK (Skill 2), CRIT ATK (Skill 3, LW Pre-ATK), CRIT Accuracy (Skill 3), Agility (Boosting) and Spirit Power (SC2 Post-ATK), with selfish buffs including Agility (Skill 1, SC2 Pre-ATK), Spirit Power (Skill 3, SC1 Post-ATK), Yin ATK (LW Pre-ATK) and Barriers (LW Post-ATK). This also includes variant bullet line buffs like Yin ATK, Accuracy. As for debuffs, we have Yin DEF (SC1 Pre-ATK) as well as some bullet lines.

So yeah, how do I sum up A7 Cirno? Simple. When it comes to rolling for her, don't bother going for her unless:
1) You are a huge Cirno fan
2) You are only doing a 60GC Roll on the Global side.

Especially for Global, you can just get her in a future Forever Prayer/Ritual roll later down the line. I'll predict within the next 6 months, it will be possible for A7 Cirno to be possible to get in Forever Prayers or Ritual/Roulette/other freebie rolls. With weaknesses like a painful Last Word in terms of no Killers on Line 1 as well as the mix of Laser and Sharp, it's just painful to work with. Freeze anomaly breaking isn't impressive too, even for FES standards and damage against enemies not weak to Water could be a cause for concern, even if Killers land. There could be more weaknesses, but yeah, befitting to Cirno's personality, this variant of her has some glaring flaws and is in fact far from the strongest...although her expressions are A6 Cirno levels of strong to be fair!
