Similar to the 1.7 Countdown video, I did one for this too because I thought why not!

While from what am hearing 1.9 is the big one, I am still rather excited for the 1.8 update too. I am excited to learn more about Vila, Windsong and Avgust, who I plan on skipping outside of 10 rolls for the Vila/Windsong banners. I have heard Vila and Windsong are both very strong, the former in healing and the latter in attacking, but I still want to remain committed to the Lucy banner when that time comes (and we'll see about Kakania too, who I would also like to get). Ugh, Vila and Windsong look awesome, and it's like they are trying to tempt me as well, but I have to stay focused, and maybe get lucky with at least one of them in either 10 rolls?

But yeah, I am interested in what this event has to hold as well, the Russia/Arctic theme will be interesting. I know we got Yenisei in 1.6 which isn't too long ago, but I'll be surprised if I don't see her at all, but I'm sure it will all be enjoyable all the same. But yeah, I am sure this will be an exciting time!

Now about this little countdown mini-event? Well obviously it might be on the extremely cold side if we're talking Arctic/North, but then again, I don't know what all the other stuff will be like, although I hope the event shows it to be a fun place still. I would say think Australia and the Uluru Games are still up there for me but this is promising so far, and I hope 1.8 delivers!
