I did a double take when Giant Eagle fired back-to-back Ultimates, I had to rewatch my previous video to confirm that yes, she could not do this before. This happens because her mark (that allows her to target a character with a free Ult) disappeared if you blocked her Ultimate in the last LImbo. It does not disappear unless she fires off her nuke this time, so be aware of that when you use Seal.
This Limbo doesn't feel too different, but Thirty Seven is no longer favored by the ruleset. No more free Eureka when landing a Critical hit. It's about landing big critical hits with your Ultimate.
