*** Pros / Cons (more + or - signs = higher relevance) ***
+ + + Extremely durable steel, strong assembly, takes hard abuse without issues
+ + Precise fit and finish, crisp grind
+ Unique style
- - High price (although excellent quality)
- Not as lively and agile in the hand, compared to other swords of similar length
- Relatively short blade
*** Verdict ***
This is one hell of a sturdy, badass sword. It's very well made and can take a massive beating without breaking or significant damage, as well as deliver powerful cuts. It doesn't have the agility or finesse that accurate reproductions of historical swords tend to offer, but it's very appropriate for its theme.
The price is nothing to sneeze at, but if you like this style there are not many alternatives (other than different ZT blades), and the quality is remarkable for sure.
