Right Kick (RFS 4) is the only mid in Right Flamingo Stance (RFS) that comes out at 14 frames but despite it's speed, it was also the riskiest out of the bunch. This has officially changed in Tekken 8 as it is no longer -14 on block and is now -13 instead. One frame less doesn't sound like a lot but it is a huge difference coupled with pushing the opponent full screen on hit. These small buffs make Right Kick a less risky option to press overall.
