We got tired of watching Nancy be around so much good food, so we made one of the items listed in the menu at Maxine's Diner.
Beat the quarantine blues with us and try cooking something fun (and, okay, maybe a little dorky) at home!

Ribs With Creature Sauce

1½ lbs Pork Ribs
2/3 cup Pineapple Preserves
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1½ tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
2 lg Cloves Garlic, minced
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Bake ribs at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients to form a sauce. Drain the meat juices and top ribs with ½ of the sauce. Bake another 30 minutes and top with remaining sauce. Bake at least 30 more minutes and serve.
